Getting it out

Turn spin winnings into money you can withdraw

Useful the moment a spin session ends and your bonus balance starts to look like a payout.

Before payout, after wagering

Winnings sit as bonus money and must be played 45 times on the no-deposit spins, or 38 times on welcome spins, before any withdrawal.

Watch the bonus balance first

Expected winnings of NZ$5.79 from 30 spins land in your bonus balance, not in cash, and only become withdrawable when the playthrough is done.

Why was a second claim refused?

Vegasnow gives one spins offer without deposit per person, household and device, so a second claim on the same details will not settle.

What bet size is too big?

While clearing winnings, stakes above NZ$4 on the no-deposit spins or NZ$9 on deposit spins breach the terms, so keep each bet under them.

No deposit first

Vegasnow Casino spins before any payment

Thirty spins at NZ$0.20 run on Gates of Olympus with no payment. Most players miss the ceiling: winnings stop at NZ$50 and clear at 45x on winnings.

You are claiming spins

From account to played spins

Here is the exact route from an empty account to spins you have played.

Your single account

Register with your email address, since that address is also your login. One account per player is the rule, and duplicates get closed.

Vegasnow Casino takes the code

Type the code in the bonus field before you pay or before you open the slot. Vegasnow Casino will not add a code typed after the round begins.

When your payment is blocked

Skrill and Neteller do not count for the coded offers, so pick another method such as a card or POLi. The smallest accepted deposit is NZ$18.

Open the named slot only

Load only the slot named in the offer, because spins are fixed to that one game. They run at their stated value and cannot move to another slot.

Three worked offers

Vegasnow Casino spins priced out in cash

Each row multiplies the spin count by the spin value, applies the slot RTP for an expected win, then runs the wagering on that win. Treat the result as an estimate.

What do the spin terms really say?

You will know what each spin batch pays, what it needs and what stays in the balance.

trustCan I get free spins with no wagering at all?+

Every spin offer on the list carries a wagering requirement, so a no-wagering deal is not part of the line-up. The lightest terms sit on the 75LIONREELS spins, where winnings are played through 25 times.

trustWhat if I have a dispute with Vegasnow Casino?+

License ALSI-495318 comes from the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority, and Vegasnow Casino LLC is registered there under company number 600517. That regulator sits outside New Zealand, so disputes follow its process rather than local courts.

trustWhy are winnings from spins without deposit limited to NZ$50?+

Because nothing was paid to unlock the 30ROCKETNODEP spins, the operator limits what they can pay to NZ$50. Anything above that ceiling is not withdrawn; the rest must clear 45 times on the winnings first.

trustWhy do some players get 300 spins and I get 30?+

The top batch on the page is 300 spins, held for VIP level 5, which a player reaches through steady weekly play rather than one code. Smaller stacks of 30 or 75 spins come from the codes above.

trustWhere does the NZ$0.20 spin value show up in my balance?+

A spin value is the amount each turn puts at stake, so 30 spins at NZ$0.20 place NZ$6.00 of play. Against the game's 96.5 percent return, the worked estimate lands near NZ$5.79 before any wagering.

trustWhat happens when spin winnings clear the wagering?+

Cleared winnings leave the bonus balance and become cash you can withdraw. Documents are checked first, a step that can take up to 14 hours, and the smallest cash-out is NZ$42.

trustWhen can I turn down the spins and their winnings?+

Declining is mostly a matter of not activating: a code you never enter adds nothing to your account. Bonus money already credited from spins stays tied to its wagering, and the welcome batch keeps 54 days to clear it.

Vegasnow Casino sets the ceiling you choose

Nothing in a spin offer obliges another deposit or another round; the sum handed over is the whole commitment. Vegasnow Casino supplies deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, self-exclusion and reality checks from the account settings. When play stops being a pastime, the Gambling Helpline New Zealand and the Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand both take calls.

Self-exclusion. Closes the account to play for a set period, so a break needs no negotiation with anyone.

Deposit limits. Fixes a ceiling on what can be paid in over a day, week or month chosen in advance.

Loss limits. Stops the session at an amount lost or a span of minutes you set, whichever comes first.

When the spins are not where you left them

Activate before the window shuts. No-deposit spins stay open for one day only, deposit spins for seven, so a session left alone quietly expires and the balance returns to zero.

Claim the code in the bonus area. Open the bonus section of your account and claim the code there, because spins do not load on their own without that step.

Did one bet go over? Vegasnow voids the winnings as soon as a single stake passes the cap, and the bonus balance is removed with it.

Play from New Zealand only. Spins are tied to New Zealand accounts, so a location outside the country leaves the offer unavailable while the code returns an error.

Right offer, wrong slot. Vegasnow credits spins inside one named slot, so opening another game shows a normal balance until you return to the right reels.

When you have tried everything. Support answers around the clock, and a message with the code and the time you claimed it lets them trace the balance quickly.
